A classic Korean tofu dish with countless variations, no two pots of soon dubu are ever the same. Delicate, silken tofu is cooked in a simmering cauldron of fiery red broth made from chili and garlic paste in combination with vegetables, meat, and/or seafood. Each pot of tofu is brought to a vigorous boil before being brought out and comes in your choice of no spice, mild, medium, or fiery hot flavor.

Beef Bulgogi

Literally translated as fire meat (Bul is the Korean word for fire and gogi is meat), Bulgogi is one of Korea’s most popular beef dishes. Made from thinly sliced, tenderized rib eye beef marinated in a special sauce and grilled with garlic, sliced onions, and chopped green peppers. If you’re new to Korean cuisine, this dish is the perfect introduction!
